Founded in 1996, Visionsoft International Inc. initially focused on Oracle Database and PowerBuilder technologies. We developed innovative products for the healthcare industry, including our flagship product, ComplyMD. As one of the menu picks for WebMD, ComplyMD was designed to help healthcare providers optimize revenue from insurance companies and maximize patient satisfaction. After successfully selling ComplyMD to a venture capitalist, we expanded into IT professional services, including project management and IT consulting, in 2000.

Since then, we have grown to become a leading IT professional services provider, serving a diverse range of federal, state, and commercial customers. Our portfolio includes managing large-scale projects for organisations such as the Detroit Land Bank Authority, NIH, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, State of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Gwinnett Public Schools.
