Move to S/4HANA with confidence, then put SAP’s AI to work.
SAP is where VSII started, and it is still the heart of our practice. We help organizations plan and execute the move to SAP S/4HANA, keep the core clean, extend it on SAP BTP and connect it to everything else they run, with AI that speeds up the work and adds value once you’re live.

Why this matters now.
Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 ends on December 31, 2027. After that, organizations still on ECC face higher fees for extended maintenance (available through 2030) or reduced support. At the same time, SAP’s newest innovation, including Joule, its AI copilot and agents, is being delivered on S/4HANA and in the cloud. Every month spent deciding narrows the runway for a careful migration.
End to end, from plan to production.
S/4HANA readiness assessment
A fixed-scope review of your ECC landscape, custom code, data quality and integrations, ending in a costed roadmap and a clear recommendation: new implementation, system conversion or selective data transition.
S/4HANA migration & implementation
End-to-end delivery, including on RISE with SAP, with a phased cutover plan built to keep the business running.
Clean-core extensions on SAP BTP
New capabilities built beside the core, not inside it, so future upgrades stay fast and inexpensive.
SAP Fiori & UI5
Modern, role-based screens that make SAP easier to use on any device, built on what you already own.
SAP SuccessFactors
HR configuration, integration with payroll and S/4HANA, and ongoing enhancements.
Integration
Connecting SAP to Salesforce, Oracle, legacy and partner systems through SAP Integration Suite and APIs.
Custom development
ABAP and cloud development that extends SAP where standard functionality stops, documented and tested to SAP’s guidelines.
AI that does the repetitive work, people who make the calls.
SAP Joule & Business AI enablement
We identify which of SAP’s AI capabilities fit your processes, configure them and prepare your data and roles so they work from day one.
AI-assisted custom-code analysis
AI reviews thousands of custom objects to flag what can be retired, what needs remediation and what can move to BTP. That shortens one of the slowest parts of any migration.
AI-generated test cases
Regression tests generated from business processes and change logs, so testing keeps pace with delivery.
Custom AI agents on SAP data
Where SAP’s standard agents stop, we build AI agents that read and act in S/4HANA under your approval rules.

Questions we hear first.
We’re still on ECC. Is it too late to plan a 2027 migration?
No, but the window is narrowing. A readiness assessment now tells you whether a full migration by 2027 is realistic or whether extended maintenance should be part of the plan.
Do we have to move to the cloud?
No. S/4HANA can run on premises, in a private cloud or through RISE with SAP. We help you weigh cost, control and access to SAP’s newest features.
Can we use SAP’s AI before we migrate?
Some AI capabilities work with ECC through SAP BTP, but SAP’s richest AI features are built for S/4HANA and the cloud. We’ll show you what’s possible at each stage.
