Since 1996
Founded in 1996, VSII initially focused on Oracle Database and PowerBuilder technologies. We developed innovative products for the healthcare industry, including our flagship product, ComplyMD — designed to help healthcare providers optimize revenue from insurance companies and maximize patient satisfaction, and featured as a WebMD menu pick. After successfully selling ComplyMD to a venture capital firm, we expanded into IT professional services, including project management and IT consulting, in 2000.
Since then, we’ve grown into a full-service IT professional services provider for federal, state, and commercial clients. Our portfolio includes work for the Detroit Land Bank Authority, NIH, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, Arkansas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, along with Gwinnett County Public Schools. Ninety percent of our revenue comes from Fortune 500 clients — a concentration we’ve maintained by keeping long-term relationships rather than chasing one-off projects.
